Join AZD this summer!

Break Dancing with Guest teacher Peter Davis, Street, Jazz, Contemporary and Classical with Catherine!

Learn how to combine your skills as a dancer and to seamlessly mix different dance styles together alongside the inspirational Step Up 2 Sound track! Guest teacher Peter Davis shall be joing us on Wednesday 27th August and shall be teaching a Break dance session that shall be incorporated into the final performance on Friday 29th! Throughout the week AZD will teach you some of the moves as seen in the film but you shall also get the chance to share your own ideas, and work as part of a team to create a new dance performance piece to be performed at the end of the week!

An AZD Production - In The Remix

60 exceptional young dancers, all of whom attend the AZD School of Dance, present In the Remix. This ‘slick and fast moving production’ cleverly reflects a rich mixture of dance styles and seamlessly combines Classical and Modern Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz and Street dance with ‘various musical styles and accompanying visual scenarios’. This year’s production draws upon adaptations of some of AZD’s favorite past creations and also presents some emotionally poignant and ‘beautifully endearing’ new works.
